Go with the slow - a gentle yoga class to feel all the feels. Slowing down the pace of your practice can be a beautiful thing. Adding more space between each transition...waiting longer between breaths and let your body strengthen while you deepen your awareness. Awareness of the body and the breath is important throughout the transition, not just when we get to the pose. Also doesn't it feel so good to slow down...
An entire class curated to make you feel grounded and connected. Accessible postures, infused with gentle flowing movements, followed by restorative resting, relaxing breath practices and a long Savasana - deep relaxation.
The classes are open for drop-in attendance and can be booked online via momoyoga.
