Slow Flow Yoga
Tuesday 6.30 - 7.30pm with Rachele Pupilli
This Tuesday evening class is the perfect way to ground and unwind after a busy day. Rachele will guide you through a balancing flow - a sweet and savoury mix between effort and ease.
Slow flow yoga is inviting you to move at a slower pace and the classes are rooted in the idea of intentional movement. Moving at at slower pace enables the body to take deeper breaths and creates spaces for a deeper body, breath, mind, heart connection.
Each pose invites effort - and as you flow into the next pose you are being invited to cultivate a sense of a moving meditation. At the end of each practice you lean into ease - Rachele will offer restorative and softer shapes that lead into a deeply restful savasana.
The classes are open for drop-in attendance and can be booked online via momoyoga.

Her teachings are based on personal embodied experiences and lessons from mother nature.
Rachele: “I am Rachele, a curious and fairly determined Italian girl. 12 years ago, I moved to New Zealand where my name has changed to Rachel, yet my curiosity and determination has stayed the same and led me to a deep love and interest in yoga.
My purpose is not for you to achieve the best-looking posture, instead I hope to leave a sense of curiosity towards something that may resonate within and that will allow you to cultivate the practice of yoga in your own space and time off and on the mat!”
